The Retired Members Committee is hosting a speaker series. These workshops, held on the first Wednesday of each month, provide a great opportunity to learn about important issues, gain new skills, connect with colleagues, advocate for our students and schools, and hear from MTA leaders.

What do the election results mean for public education? Join journalist Jennifer Berkshire and education historian Jack Schneider, authors of “The Education Wars: A Citizen’s Guide and Defense Manual,” for an engaging, informative look at what’s next for public schools in Massachusetts and beyond.

Events are held the first Wednesday of the month from 3 to 4:30 p.m. These events are virtual, held on Zoom.
